Doula Care Services
- Initial introductory meeting at an agreed upon location to get to know one another which is free of charge.
- Two prenatal visits - Our first meeting will focus on discussing the desires for your birth. Our second visit will review any goals that you have set and we will practice comfort techniques and birthing positions.
- Assistance creating an Individualized Birth Plan.
- Continued communication during pregnancy via text, phone, or email to answer questions. (Response time within 24 hours unless I am attending another birth. I will be sure to notify you via text if I am with a laboring mother.)
- Professional referrals and resources provided as needed.
- 24/7 On Call availability starting two weeks prior to your estimated due date.
- Uninterrupted support in your home, birth center, or hospital throughout labor and delivery.
- Ongoing assistance for one to two hours after birth, including breastfeeding support.
- Follow-up with one postpartum

- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Accompaniment to appointments, support groups, etc.
- Referrals as needed.
